TL;DR - Good news coming for those wanting to transition into hospital and others looking to climb the hospital career ladder.
It’s only fair this month’s newsletter focuses on hospital pharmacy after last month’s deep dive into retail. Pharmacist Compensation analyzed data collected from 1,880 hospital pharmacists during the last 2 years (8 full quarters). The participants surveyed held job titles spanning the full range of positions within a hospital system, including 117 Directors of Pharmacy.
