Prescription for 2025 Success

The end of the year is the perfect time for reflection and goal setting for the new year. Pharmacist Compensation has a lot to be thankful for this year and much to look forward to in 2025. In the spirit of transparency, here are the 2025 company goals.

1 Continue to grow brand awareness.

Since launching in spring 2022, the number of Pharmacist Compensation survey participants and dashboard users has continued to grow. The amount of dashboard users increased ~29% from 2023. Another year of similar growth would result in 5,000+ users for 2025. Let’s go!

The Pharmacist Compensation newsletter has an even more exciting growth curve since launching in Q4 2023. The number of subscribers increased by ~64% in the first full year of existence, 2024.

Ideally, those growth metrics are a result of providing great value. Which brings us to the next goal.

2 Continue to build trust and provide valuable insights.

The data collected in the survey is the bread and butter of the community. The survey continuously evolves based on feedback from the participants. The data is aggregated and visualized on the dashboard to provide users with insights not readily available elsewhere.

For those that want more than graphs and charts, the Pharmacist Compensation newsletter contains data driven opinion pieces. Again, feedback is collected to ensure the newsletter is moving in the direction desired by readers. Newsletter data shows ~75% of poll takers report they Loved or Liked the newsletter.

3 Improve current products and create new products.

In 2024, four new paid products launched:

1. Remote Work Dashboard

2. Remote Work Email Subscription

3. Pharmacist Pay Insights: 5,000 Salaries & Bonuses

4. Personalized Report

These products will continue to be maintained and improved based on user feedback.

The 2025 roadmap has another new product in progress. Pharmacist Compensation is building an internet browser extension. If all goes as planned, the extension will allow users to analyze salaries on job postings.
